The Society of Mayflower Descendants in the State of Kansas is pleased to announce that our speaker for the April 28, 2024 meeting at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Lawrence, Kansas will be Dr. Alan Bearman from Topeka, KS. He is the Dean of University Libraries, Washburn University, 2008-present, Associate Professor of History, Washburn University, 2005-present and Lecturer, Washburn University Department of History 2003-2005. His interest is Colonial America.
